Tour highlights and itinerary
Day 1 – Northern Jordan
- After the pickup from your hotel in Amman or the Dead Sea, the tour starts at the ancient Roman ruins in Jerash to marvel at the Temple of Artemis and Hadrian’s arch, joined by an expert local guide.
- The next stop is Mount Nebo if the tour takes place from April to September, to see Israel from the same point as Moses has been seen the promised land for the first time, according to the rumors.
- The day ends in Amman for the overnight and dinner. (dinner included)
Day 2 – Amman
- After the breakfast at the hotel, the tour takes you to the historic ruins of Amman, including the Citadel and the singular Roman Theater, before enjoying some free time in the markets to explore on your own.
- In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred on the King’s Way to the lost city of Petra, with stunning views of Wadi al Mujib, a river canyon that flows into the Dead Sea, the Shobak castle, an imposing Crusader fortress, and Dana, a city on the edge of a canyon with one of the largest nature preserves in Jordan.
- You have the option to take the “Petra by Night” tour for an additional fee, and this extraordinary experience shows you the ruins of Petra lit only by candlelight under the vast desert sky. (“Petra by Night”, tickets can be purchased on the site in Petra, 17 JOD per person)
- Overnight in Petra (dinner Included).
Day 3 – Petra
- This is your day to discover the lost city and UNESCO World Heritage Site with professional help from a licensed local guide for the first part of the day, with the afternoon to explore independently.
- From the famous tombs and facades to expansive panoramic views, you’ll get to discover all that this stunning city has to offer.
- You’ll end your day with a stay in an authentic Bedouin camp, enjoying traditional foods and their warm hospitality while you gear up for your last day of adventures.
- Overnight in Bedouin Camp in Wadi Rum(Breakfast and dinner included).
Day 4 – Wadi Rum
- The last day begins with a leisurely breakfast and a later start before you join the Jeep Safari Tour of Wadi Rum Reserve led by a local Bedouin driver.
- This otherworldy landscape has been used time and again as the surface of Mars for Hollywood movies, and your breath is sure to be taken away by the barren vistas.
- Your tour ends in Aqaba, with time to explore the markets and enjoy a fantastic lunch, and transport to the border in Aqaba if needed.

Essential Information
- Cancellation policy: You may cancel via email up to 72 hours before the tour departure time for a 95% refund.
- Maximum of 25 passengers per guided group in Petra. Please note that while in transportation, groups may be larger, as larger buses are more comfortable and accommodating.
- For those who would prefer to stay in a hotel, this can be arranged at no extra cost. Single travelers will pay a $25 per night single supplement.
- In winter months (November to March) the standard accommodation is a 3-star hotel in Aqaba instead of the Bedouin camp and dinner at the hotel is included. For travelers who still wish to stay in the camp please notify our reservation team via email when booking, We suggest upgrading to Chalet or Martian Dome as the regular tents have no heating and it gets very cold at night in the desert.
- Bedouin Camp Chalet upgrade with air conditioning and en suite bathroom – $60 pp.
- Bedouin Camp upgrade to “Martian dome tents”- subject to availability, extra $240 per tent ($120 pp for double). It must be booked in advance at the time of booking. Please contact us after you book to confirm your Martian tent upgrade.
